there are a lot of exciting things to report on. Over the last three weeks, we have had nearly 50 unique show listings, as well as daily open mic nights and weekly gigs.
Beginning May 1st, there will be a series of new features added to the site for artists.
Some features already being used on the site:
- Post A Show - always free, puts your show on 401Sounds.com and across our social networks.
- Premium Memberships - shows are automatically listed on the site, copied from a band MySpace, venue calendar, or other site.
- Flyer of the Week - Each week, the staff decides on a show flyer to be featured.
The biggest new addition to the site will be local directory listings. On this dedicated site tab, artists can find nearby companies including:
- Live Music Venues
- Recording Studios
- Record Labels
- Promoters/Managers
Also expect to see a discussion forum for the local industry, and other important tools.
